About Us
Jaco Vacation, S.A. is owned and operated by Scott Ryan and Julieta Soto. We are a North American and Costa Rican family, and we manage and sell homes in Costa Rica. We have been a family owned and operated business for over 20 years, and our daughter Diana Ryan has joined us after attending University in Canada.
Our homes are clean and comfortable, and we cater to families and select single travelers. Our goal is to provide our guests with not only a great home, but to assist in making the most of your vacation in Costa Rica.
We speak English and Spanish and can provide most any information you may seek in regard to Costa Rica. We offer great concierge service and can arrange transportation, tours, in-house massage or even a personal chef. We pride ourselves in offering a care-free and delightful vacation for our guests.
We also do real estate and currently have amazing beach homes and condos for sale. If you are interested in a beach home or a rental, we have various options and would love to assist you. Costa Rica is one of the best places to live in the world.

About the Area
Playa Jaco boasts a great beach and is home to many great restaurants, bakeries, galleries and shops. In addition to surfing and sunbathing, Jaco offers an incredible amount of activities ranging from sailing and kayaking to crocodile and rainforest canopy tours.
We can arrange tours for you, and suggest daytrips of interest and recommend restaurants. We hope to make your Costa Rican vacation a wonderful and memorable experience.
Jaco and Esterillos Este are located on Costa Rica's central Pacific Coast, just 1-1/2 to 2 hours from the Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO), and provide an ideal location to enjoy your Costa Rica vacation.
